# Tokenomics

PempemBNB's tokenomics model is carefully crafted to incentivize participation and reward long-term holders. With a 5% tax on every transaction, including a 3% automatic burn and a 2% allocation to the marketing fund, PempemBNB ensures a steady reduction in the token supply while fueling continuous growth and awareness.

#### BUY & SELL TAX

In our tokenomics structure, we implement a 5% tax on every buy transaction. Of this tax, 3% is automatically allocated to burning, effectively reducing the token supply with each transaction. The remaining 2% is dedicated to our marketing fund, ensuring a continuous stream of resources for promotional activities and ecosystem development.
